A well-established Thai-European joint-venture, specializing in water management and water treatment systems, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the project team in the integration and completion of projects.

The Project Manager will:

• Prepare work schedules and allocate available resources according to service level agreement
• Delegate responsibilities to each team member, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve work goals
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet progress schedules
• Resolve project team problems, refer/ report to the senior management for consultancy
• Inspect completed work and work-in-progress to ensure conformance to related standards
• Provide consulting support and communicate internally and externally to facilitate project implementation
• Provide status and progress reports to the client, project team, and company's senior management

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, aged around 30 - 45 years
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalence
• Minimum 5 years site engineering experience
• Strong background in project and team management
• Experience in implementing quality management and environmental standards
• Strong organizational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
