An American automotive hire-purchase company, providing financial services to dealers and end-customers in Thailand wishes to appoint a highly experienced Marketing Manager to deliver high quality sales and marketing services.

The Marketing Manager is expected to:

• Identify strategies, prepare forecasts, and operational plans to penetrate into the target group
• Prepare and control the sales and marketing budget plan
• Develop and maintain positive and strong relationships with manufacturers and dealers
• Coordinate with dealers in executing sales and marketing operations to enhance business operations
• Coordinate internally to ensure integrated quality service to customers
• Contribute to staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance appraisal

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 32 years
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Sales Management, preferably with a master's degree
• In-depth knowledge of auto finance-related products, financial statements, and related local regulations
• Experience in developing sales and marketing strategies, forecasts, and budget planning and control
• Strong sense of balancing business growth and risk control
• Good organizing, presentation, negotiation, and communications skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
