A supplier of process lubricants and lubricant-application equipment, specialty electrical materials and specialty coatings is seeking a Technical Sales Manager . Products are utilized in countless applications in the metalworking, electronics, automotive, aerospace, appliance and other industries.

For example, advanced die lubricant dilution/ delivery system that provide a consistent dilution ratio, enabling forgers to reduce lubricant consumption and scrap and improve forging productivity.

They also provide Specialty Electrical Coatings and Dry Film Lubricant Coatings.

Reporting to the General Manager (expatriate), the Technical Sales Manager will:

• Develop new business, focusing on auto-related non-ferrous pressure die-casting, ferrous forge markets and auto-related specialty coatings
• Manage multi-national accounts by liaising with colleagues in Japan , US and Europe
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Ensure highest standards of safety, product quality, and management quality
• Develop comprehensive information of the industry and competitors, i.e. products, technologies, strategies and tactics
• Provide technical support to existing customer-base and distributors for Thailand and the ASEAN region

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 30 – 40 years
• Degree in Chemistry or an Engineering field
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales operations or technical customer service or background in metal casting or metalworking industry
• Proven track-record in managing a business unit would be preferable
• Computer literacy
• Comfortable to undertake an extensive travel to meet and serve clients
• Highly-motivated, self-starter with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
