Parts Specialists

An international company provides turnkey operations as a single source for modifying of vehicles for export to clients in Asia , Europe and Africa . The company has its own engineering team to develop design with a complete conversion facility and a warehouse in Chonburi.

To cope with their business expansion, the company wishes to appoint Parts Specialists to liaise with their customers to provide continued support for after market parts of the franchises represented.

Reporting to the expatriate Group Parts Manager, the Parts Specialists will:

support customers in their purchase of after market parts
maintain a regular contact with the customers to understand their requirements
work with customers to acquire a mutual agreement on the agreed discount structure and credit withdrawal terms
ensure all required parts and any additional parts and accessories are offered to customers
ensure quotations are released with all details and correct terms and conditions
seek new dimension and opportunity to increase parts sales
work closely with other departments to ensure superior level of customer service is delivered to achieve highest customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty

Qualification and skills required:

Thai national
Bachelor degree or higher in engineering or other fields from an accredited university (Fresh graduate preferably from overseas or international programs are invited to apply)
Experience in inventory planning in automotive company or automotive parts business
Very good command of spoken and written English
Strong communication skill, ability to learn new things fast
Good interpersonal relationship skill, service-minded with acute business sense
Computer skills (MS Office, Power Point,)
