Originated in Belgium , with a regional holding company in Singapore , the company operates in nine countries in Asia including Thailand . The group offers a premium multi-mineral products such as silica, ball clay, metal oxides, etc. to ceramics, glass, paint and coatings, and electronics industries from their purpose-built processing plant with equipped by an on-site laboratory facilities.

Based in Thailand and reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager (based in Malaysia ) the Regional Process Engineer will:

• Prepare detailed technical specifications of large investment projects or contribute to the formulation of related project proposals throughout Asia
• Prepare and review process flow-charts, engineering drawings, project time-tables before submitting for approval
• Identify materials and equipment requirements according to customer's and market's requirements
• Carry-out raw materials/ equipment inspection and trials to ensure required specifications
• Conduct lab inspection and trails to ensure product specifications before delivering to clients or further commercial launch
• Provide technical support and trouble-shooting on operational process and related quality issues
• Monitor operating efficiency based on the established KPIs and assist in implementing best practices among regional sites
• Assist in process improvement through process audits and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications and skills required:

• Open to all nationalities
• Degree in Mining, Industrial Process, or other related engineering field
• Extensive experience in mining operations or in the procurement and/or application of minerals in related industries
• Familiarity with quality management standard, safety, and environmental management standards
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
• Result-oriented with strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable to contribute to project work of affiliates within Asia ; possess international exposure
• Good command of both spoken and written English
