A well-known Thai-European joint-venture in water management and wastewater treatment systems is now seeking an energetic Operations Manager . Company's clients include industrial, commercial and municipal sectors throughout Thailand.

The Operations Manager will:

Design and implement sustainable processes in compliant with company's and client's requirements
Ensure quality service execution, vendor management, process management, and team management
Establish close relationships with new and existing customers for all related issues
Work proactively with other departments and site managers in the implementation of procedures, systems, and other project requirements
Develop business channels by building up relationships with both private and government sectors
Provide guidance and authorization to other department personnel to facilitate required cooperation and performance
Provide guidance and leadership to all departments to ensure effective and efficient operations
Support subordinates in all operations and maintenance of the planned as well as emergency situations
Establish new business opportunities throughout Thailand

Qualifications and skills required:

Thai national, aged around 35 - 50 years
Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management
Minimum 5 years experience in managing public utility projects with similar technical (engineering) applications
Solid knowledge of laws, regulations, and codes pertinent to utility management and projects
Able to influence people of all levels with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills
Computer literacy; comfortable to undertake extensive travel among sites throughout the country
Good command of spoken and written English
