An American-owned manufacturer of chemical products for a wide-variety of industries wishes to appoint a highly experienced SHE Supervisor for its production center in Thailand. Products are supplied to global industries which include chemicals, plastics, automotive, aviation, footwear, paint and coatings, construction, agriculture, health care, furniture, and packaging

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the SHE Supervisor will:

• Implement SHE objectives under the directions of the Regional SHE Director
• Ensure full compliance of all practices against the SHE standard
• Provide SHE and engineering support to commercial and technical functions
• Monitor preventive and corrective actions of both SHE and product standards
• Ensure the accuracy and completion of reports and updates for both local authorities and the Group
• Keep the Regional emergency response team in full preparedness through training and coaching
• Manage major SHE projects for the region

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age 28-35 years
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or an engineering field
• Minimum 5 years experience in implementing ISO and the environmental health and safety standards; minimum 3 years at supervisory level
• Certified EMR from a recognized institute
• Analytical with strong organizing, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
