One of South-East Asia's leading independent "Electronic Manufacturing Services" (EMS) providing contract manufacturing services of the highest quality products within the areas of Microelectronics, Semiconductors and Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCOS) for Micro-displays wishes to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Development Manager will:

• Participate in the development of business strategies and directions
• Formulate HR operational and budget plan in alignment with corporate directions and policies
• Execute the human resources administration and development functions and ensure operation excellence to all Units
• Formulate and enforce HR work procedures, and communicate within the team and across departments for mutual cooperation
• Ensure full conformance of HR practices in alignment with quality management standards and related standards
• Formulate organization development programs as planned
• Establish a competent HR team, coach, motivate, and monitor individual staff performance

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age between 32 - 40 years
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related field
• At least 7 years experience in all HR functions, minimum 5 years at a supervisory level; preferably in a manufacturing business
• Proven track-record in communication among workforces as well as the Labor Office and other regulatory agencies
• Good knowledge of modern HR paradigms for performance management, career development, etc and relevant best practices
• Result-oriented with strong organizing, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Keen on using HRIS and MS Office packages
• Good command of both spoken and written English
