A first tier OEM supplier of automotive parts to assembly plants of cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles wishes to appoint an energetic Production Manager for its Ladkrabang plant.

Reporting to Plant Manager, the Production Manager will:

• Plan and monitor daily production volume based on cycle time and availability
• Control the product and process to ensure customer's standards and related requirements
• Determine and modify production schedules, and solve problems in a professional manner
• Develop and motivate the production team to complete the skill matrix and to correspond to the training policy
• Lead team meetings for all productivity improvement programs; especially lean activity
• Maintain quality systems as directed by the quality policy and organization's objectives
• Manage non-conformance issues in accordance with company's policies and standards

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 35 years
• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution; master's degree would be advantage
• At least 5 years experience within the automotive manufacturing industry; 3 years at a management level
• Strong background in managing ISO/TS16949 quality system, lean manufacturing, and SPC
• Keen on operating MS Office and MS Project packages
• Good leadership, problem-solving, team management, communication, and presentation skills
• Willing to work long hours and self-motivated to work in a dynamic production environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English
