One of the world's leading suppliers of electrical cables with a plant in Rayong manufacturing cables for local and export markets is seeking to fill the post of Production Planning and Control Manager.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, the Production Planning & Control Manager is expected to:

• Formulate the production plan and schedules in relation to our client's orders, production capacity, and quality standards
• Communicate with the Materials Planning Team to ensure sufficient raw materials are available to meet the required production schedules
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to clarify customer requirements and to inform on the production progress for further communication
• Coordinate with the Logistics Team on schedules of finished goods to facilitate quality delivery operation

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 28 – 38 years
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operation Research
• At least 5 years experience in production planning and scheduling; with good knowledge of purchasing in high volume
• Keen on operating SAP, Oracle, MS Office applications
• Proactive team-player, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on a 6-day week system
• Good command of both spoken and written English
