One of Thailand 's leading manufacturers and exporters of frozen seafood, dim-sum, sushi, ready meals and appetizers, is now urgently seeking an experienced Production Manager. The company is listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and managed in compliant with international food standards and quality management standard. Products are supplied to local and overseas markets.

Reporting to the Plant General Manager, the Production Manager will:

• Participate as a member of management team in relation to manufacturing as well as business directions
• Ensure effective production planning and implementation
• Enforce strict conformance with work procedures, food standard, safety standard, and related quality management systems
• Facilitate cross-department meetings and communications to tackle manufacturing problems
• Streamline the production process, quality control, and productivity improvement schemes to ensure business competitiveness within the market
• Determine solutions for non-conformance issues , and follow-up on preventive and corrective measures
• Establish a competent workforce, organize training/ development programs, motivate, and evaluate staff performance

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Thai national, age around 30-45 years
• Degree in an Engineering or other related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in the food production environment; at least 3 years at a managerial level
• Keen on managing food standards, various quality management standards, and productivity improvement programs
• Background in managing over 1,000 line workers
• Strong analytical ability with good organizing, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
