A leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of automotive safety systems, such as air-bags and seat-belts wishes to appoint an experienced Product Testing and Inspection Manager . The corporation's headquarters is located in Sweden ; products are supplied to many automobile assemblers.

Reporting to the Plant Manager (expatriate), the Product Testing and Inspection Manager w ill:

• Establish and maintain the product standard, quality and environment standards
• Establish and document methods and instructions for testing including test criteria
• Manage testing as per corporate standard and standards required by customers including test schedules
• Control the measuring and testing equipment and ensure qualified testing personnel for all tests
• Ensure equipment calibration systems are in place and meet requirements
• Document test results and organize its filing
• Report on non-conformities as well as corrective and preventive measures to the Department Manager

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or an Engineering field
• Minimum 7 years experience in testing of products and materials within the automotive manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office
• Strong organizing, inspection, communications, and team-management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
