A leading quick service restaurant group is seeking a dynamic General Manager to take charge of their franchises. The Group is constantly developing their business in every part of the country through shopping centers, entertainment complexes and stand-alone shops.
Reporting to the Management Team, the General Manager will:
- Formulate the strategic, operational and aligned budget plan
- Communicate and negotiate with brand owners on business agreements and related operations
- Manage outlet operations in coordination with the Operations Manager
- Manage the marketing function and other support functions
- Control the budget spending against overall profitability
- Contribute to overall business development/ improvement as well as people development
Qualifications and skills required:
- Thai national, age between 35 – 45 years
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field; MBA would be preferable
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing quick-service restaurants and franchise business
- Knowledge of finance or marketing management is an advantage
- Strong background in enforcing regulations of restaurant/ food outlets as required by local and international standards
- Strong leadership, organization, communications, and people management skills
- Excellent command of English; able to negotiate with (overseas) franchise owners with confidence
