An international company providing customized features and functions of software applications for multi-channel integration as well as training support and continuous upgrades wishes to appoint a dynamic Human Resource Development Manager for its Thailand operations. The corporation manages operation bases in New York, London, and recently Bangkok to facilitate excellent eCommerce applications to top-class businesses worldwide.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resource Development Manager will:
- Plan and direct all aspects of the company's organizational development function
- Work with managers to drive positive organizational effectiveness, performance management, and manage changes
- Create a culture of continuous improvement, open communications (open-mindedness), and recognition/ reward management
- Manage aligned performance evaluation system, succession plan, and career path development
- Develop training programs/ development programs to ensure adherence to business directions, and facilitate change management initiatives
- Ensure personal and career development needs are carefully identified and met wherever possible
- Collect and disseminate information on available training sources, methods, cost, program evaluation as well as establish and maintain relationships with (outsourced) training partners
- Ensure maximum likelihood of retaining future leaders and key members of the organisation
- Ensure a competent HR Development team, delegate, and monitor responsible staff performance
Qualifications and skills required:
- Thai nationality, age over 35 years
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Organization Development
- At least 10 years experience in human resource management; at least 3 years in organization development, competency management, and knowledge management
- Proven track-record in managing HR development project s
- Able to conduct effective and conducive group sessions and training programs
- Extremely self-motivated and enthusiastic with high competencies in analytical ability, organization, orientation, presentation, and mediation
- Keen on operating MS Office and HRIS packages
- Excellent command in English; confident to communicate within the multi-ethnic settings
