A German manufacturer of reciprocating compressor s for compressing natural and technical gases in the oil & gas, chemical and food industries wishes to appoint a Administration Manager.
The Administration Manager will be based in Rayong and will be responsible for:
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to prepare aligned administrative operation plan
- Conduct external communication and application for all permits and BOI privileges
- Conduct internal communication with all departments to ensure mutual understanding of backup operations and needed support
- Conduct import/ export procedures as well as local and overseas purchasing
- Provide office administration service, review and control contracts/ leases, organize and control company's filing and information system
- Conduct staff recruitment and facilitate training programs to all departments
- Manage recruitment, job allocation, coaching, and performance appraisal of team members
Qualifications and skills required:
- Thai national, age above 30 years
- Degree in General Management or equivalent; an MBA would be advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in office administration and human resources management
- Working knowledge of safety and related quality management standards
- Keen on operating MS Office, MS Project applications
- Strong service-mindedness with good organization, communications, and teamwork skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
