A subsidiary of a leading International manufacturer/ supplier of jewelry products is seeking a high caliber Financial Manager for its new plant in Lamphun, Thailand. The size of workforce is about 130 people.

Based in Lamphun, the Financial Manager will:

• Serve as a member of the senior management team in business relocation and general operations
• Establish the accounting, financial, taxation, and related control system
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow, balance sheets, and P&L
• Provide practical recommendations for profitability or production improvement in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to the Group standardized accounting and financial policies and local requirements
• Coordinate and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the business operations

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 30 - 45 years
• Degree in Accountancy or Finance field; preferably Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 5 years experience in a full range of accounting and finance management in the manufacturing environment
• Confident to drive change management and performance improvement
• Keen on operating an accounting software (Navision), spreadsheet software, MS Excel, ERP
• Background in a BOI-promoted and multi-cultural business
• Comfortable to work in Lamphun
• Detail-oriented with strong organizing, communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
