An affiliate of the world’s top automotive supplier of interior control, electrical, lighting, air-conditioning, and security system seeks to appoint an energetic Maintenance Supervisor for its Thailand plant in Chonburi. The corporation manages 125 production sites, 62 R&D centers, and 9 distribution platforms in 28 countries worldwide.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will:

• Oversee the maintenance of buildings and work environment
• Propose the maintenance plan and methods with aims to reduce the maintenance cost and enhance the profitability
• Control stock of spare parts and consumable supplies including records of maintenance operations
• Formulate weekly/ daily maintenance schedules, allocate works to team members, and provide technical and related coaching as appropriate
• Ensure conformance of practices with safety, security, and environmental management system

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 28 - 35 years
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry; with at least 3 years at a supervisory level
• Working knowledge of productivity improvement techniques (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing) as well as safety and quality management standards
• Comfortable to work in the shift system
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
