A middle-sized commercial bank wishes to appoint 2 dynamic Customer Relationship Managers to be based at branches in Bangkok.
The Customer Relationship Manager is expected to:
- Enlarge the deposit-account base to accumulate the available fund volume
- Prepare marketing strategy and operations plan to capture sources of funds within the responsible area
- Establish and maintain business relationship between the bank and major clients within the responsible area
- Propose solutions to manage cash/ funds to cater highest profitability with least risk
- Supervise team members on (deposit) customer services strategy and operations
- Acquire new loan accounts
- Monitor transaction operations of both deposit and loan accounts to ensure conformance of practices with corporate policies
Qualifications and skills required:
- Thai national, age around 30 - 45 years
- Degree in Accountancy, Economics, or Business Administration; an MBA would be advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in deposit account management
- Ability to conduct financial analysis, knowledge of financial features with strong marketing skills
- Proactive with positive attitude; able to lead the team and deliver the set target
- Comfortable to be periodically at branches/ business centres outside Bangkok
- Good command of both spoken and written English
