A middle-sized commercial bank wishes to appoint a dynamic Business Center Head to be based at the Sriracha Center.

The Business Center Head is expected to:

• Identify suitable business strategy and operations plan to manage the business centre as assigned
  
• Supervise business flows of loan operations, deposit operations, and back-up operations and assess quarterly business results
  
• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of all business processes
  
• Establish a competent team, delegate responsibilities and goals, and provide support on competency development, including promotion and rewarding
  
• Review and recommend loan application approval and supervise overall loan management process
  
• Represent the Bank to participate in business community meetings/ gatherings to raise corporate awareness
  
• Ensure conformance of all practices against corporate policies and banking regulations
  
• Provide advice and decision-making as appropriate

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national; age around 35 – 45 years
  
• Degree in Accountancy, Economics, or Business Administration; an MBA would be advantage
  
• Minimum 10 years experience in branch operations; at least 5 years at a supervisory level
  
• Ability to conduct financial analysis/ loan analysis with strong marketing skills
  
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and banking regulations
  
• Proactive with positive attitude; able to lead the team and deliver the set target
  
• Comfortable to be based at business centres outside Bangkok
  
• Good command of both spoken and written English
