A middle-sized commercial bank wishes to appoint 2 dynamic Lending Team Managers to be based at branches in Hat Yai and Sriracha.

The Lending Team Manager is expected to:

• Acquire new corporate clients within the responsible area
  
• Analyze loan application proposals, provide recommendations for credit limit and risk management
  
• Maintain existing accounts and extend business volume of existing accounts
  
• Supervise lending team members to ensure attainment of business goals and required performance
  
• Review and monitor loan application proposals and recordings of corresponding lending team members
  
• Monitor business situation and loan payment performance of each account, identify early warning tools and procedures to tackle non-conformance
  
• Review and monitor the preparation of lending related reports
  
• Establish a competent team, support on competency development, and manage team members as guided by  corporate guidelines

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national; age around 30 - 40 years
  
• Degree in Accountancy, Economics, or Business Administration; an MBA would be advantage
  
• Minimum 8 years experience in lending operations; at least 2 years at a supervisory level
  
• Ability to conduct financial analysis/ loan analysis; with strong marketing skills
  
• Knowledge of lending/ banking regulations
  
• Proactive with positive attitude; able to lead the team and deliver the set target
  
• Good command of both spoken and written English
