A leading manufacturer of consumer products wishes to appoint an Audit Manager - Accounting & Operations to manage the internal control system and facilitate overall business management.

The Audit Manager - Accounting & Operations will report to the Group CFO and will:

• Establish audit policy and standard audit work procedures for all business units and support units
  
• Develop the annual audit plan and communicate with all units to facilitate audit operations
  
• Conduct field audits with internal auditors, communicate with those business units to clarify initial audit findings as needed
  
• Prepare audit finding reports, highlight critical areas, propose (corrective and preventive) solutions to mitigate risks to those business units
  
• Supervise auditors in all phases of audits
  
• Facilitate external audits as appropriate
  
• Follow-up with the business units audited on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  
• Prepare progress reports on internal audits as well as the progress of corrective and preventive implementation of all business units

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age over 33 years
  
• Degree in Accountancy or Internal Audit
  
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in the audit field; a background working for a manufacturing environment would be advantage
  
• Strong analytical ability with thorough knowledge of the whole business functions
  
• Industrious, conscientious, able to cope with pressure, and strong communications skills
  
• Comfortable to take frequent travel between the Bangkok Office and sites in upcountry
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
