A long established Thai-American joint-venture company in agribusiness wishes to appoint an enthusiastic Human Resources Manager. The appointee will be based in Khon Kaen.

The Human Resources Manager will:

• Recommend effective organizational structure and functional relationships of the whole entity
  
• Develop HR policy and procedure in alignment with legal requirements and disseminate to staff for understanding and practices
  
• Advise top management on employment conditions and competitive salary scheme for all levels and functions
  
• Establish a competent HR team to deliver efficient services and support for overall business operations
  
• Provide professional guidance to the management team in people management strategy and legal awareness
  
• Perform all work related to business operations and employment – registration, social security matters, licenses, taxation, etc.
  
• Prepare staff job descriptions, facilitate recruitment and selection of all personnel

Qualifications and skills required:

• Thai national, age around 30 - 45 years
  
• Degree in Human Resource Management or other related discipline
  
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR Management and HR Development
  
• Knowledge of Labor Law and related business laws
  
• Keen on implementing MS Office and HRIS
  
• Comfortable to live and work in Khon Kaen
  
• Strong organization, communication, presentation, and team management skills
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
